Welcome to Empowered Submission Academy! By enrolling in our program, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.
- General
1.1. By purchasing the Empowered Submission Academy program (the "Program"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
1.2. The Program is owned and operated by Julieta Chiara LLC ("we," "us," "our").
- Personal Responsibility
2.1. You acknowledge that your participation in the Program is voluntary and at your own risk. You are solely responsible for your actions, choices, and decisions during and after your participation in the Program.
2.2. We do not provide psychological, medical, or any other professional advice. The Program is not a substitute for professional advice, diagnosis, or treatment for trauma or any mental health condition.
- No Liability
3.1. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your participation in the Program.
3.2. You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your participation in the Program.
- No Refunds
4.1. All sales of the Program are final. Because the Program is a digital product, we do not offer refunds under any circumstances.
- Payment Plans
5.1. We offer payment plans for the Program. By opting for a payment plan, you agree to pay all installments on time and in full.
5.2. In the event of a default on any payment, we reserve the right to terminate your access to the Program and pursue legal action to recover the outstanding amount.
5.3. You agree to pay any and all costs, including but not limited to legal fees and collection costs, incurred in recovering the outstanding payments.
- Intellectual Property
6.1. All content provided in the Program, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, videos, and images, is our intellectual property and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
6.2. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the content for your personal, non-commercial use only.
6.3. You agree not to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, transmit, or otherwise exploit any of the material in the Program, in whole or in part, without our prior written consent.
6.4. You may not share your login credentials or provide access to the Program to any third party. Unauthorized sharing of access or content will result in immediate termination of your participation in the Program without a refund, and we reserve the right to take legal action to protect our intellectual property.
6.5. You agree not to replicate, reproduce, or create any similar program based on the content provided in the Program. Any attempt to do so will be considered a breach of these Terms & Conditions and will result in legal action.
- Confidentiality
7.1. You agree to keep all information shared within the Program confidential and not to disclose any such information to third parties without our prior written consent.
- Governing Law
8.1. These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Florida, USA.
8.2. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Florida, USA.
- Changes to Terms & Conditions
9.1. We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
9.2. Your continued participation in the Program after any changes have been made constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms & Conditions.
