These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your participation in courses, programs, and offerings provided by Julieta Chiara LLC (“Company”). By enrolling in any course or using any material provided by the Company, you agree to the following:

 

1. General Terms

1.1. All participants must be at least 18 years old.
1.2. By enrolling in any course, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Terms.
1.3. These Terms may be updated periodically, and continued participation constitutes agreement to the updated Terms.

 

2. Intellectual Property

2.1. All course materials, resources, videos, written content, branding, sales pages, sales copy, and any other intellectual property provided by Julieta Chiara LLC are protected under U.S. copyright laws. These materials are for personal, non-commercial use only.

2.2. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, display, perform, or use any of Julieta Chiara LLC’s intellectual property—including course structure, content, branding, sales pages, or sales messaging—for your own business, educational, or commercial purposes without prior written consent.

2.3. Any attempt to copy, replicate, or use the sales pages, promotional materials, or sales copy created by Julieta Chiara LLC for competing or commercial purposes is a violation of these terms and may result in legal action.

2.4. Unauthorized use or distribution of intellectual property, including but not limited to course materials and sales content, will result in immediate termination of access and potential legal action for damages, including recovery of lost revenue and legal fees.

2.5. Julieta Chiara LLC actively monitors the use of its intellectual property. Any infringement, intentional or otherwise, will be pursued to the fullest extent of the law.

 

3. Payment Terms

3.1. All course payments are non-refundable, regardless of participation or completion status.

3.2. By enrolling in a course, you agree to pay the full amount as outlined at the time of purchase, including adhering to any agreed-upon payment plans.

3.3. Failure to complete payments under a payment plan may result in suspension or revocation of access to course materials, with outstanding amounts still due.

3.4. Payment disputes or chargebacks will result in immediate termination of access to all courses and may result in legal action.

 

4. Assumption of Risk & Waiver of Liability

4.1. Courses provided by Julieta Chiara LLC involve the practice of kink-related activities, including but not limited to rope bondage (Shibari). These activities carry inherent risks, including physical injury, emotional distress, and, in extreme cases, death.

4.2. By participating in any course, you acknowledge these risks and agree to practice with appropriate caution and care.

4.3. You agree that Julieta Chiara LLC and its representatives are not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses incurred as a result of participating in these courses or using course materials.

4.4. It is your responsibility to assess your physical, mental, and emotional readiness before engaging in any course activities.

4.5. All participants must practice within their limits and consult professionals when necessary.

 

5. Code of Conduct

5.1. You agree to engage in all courses respectfully and professionally toward instructors and fellow participants.

5.2. Disruptive, harmful, or abusive behavior will result in immediate removal from the course without refund.

 

6. Privacy and Confidentiality

6.1. The Company may collect personal information, including but not limited to name, email address, and payment details, for the purpose of course delivery. This information is protected and will not be shared with third parties without consent.

6.2. Course participants are expected to respect the confidentiality of others by not sharing personal details or discussions from courses outside of the group.

 

7. Disclaimers

7.1. The Company makes no guarantees regarding specific results or outcomes from participating in any course.

7.2. All educational content is provided as guidance and is not a substitute for professional medical, legal, or psychological advice.

 

8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

8.1. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.

8.2. Any disputes arising under these Terms will be resolved through mediation in Florida. If mediation fails, disputes will be resolved in a court of competent jurisdiction in Florida.

 

9. Agreement to Terms

By enrolling in a course or using materials provided by Julieta Chiara LLC, you agree to these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.
